This role is focused on helping deliver features within the Lead to Opportunity pillar of the GTM Systems team to support seller productivity, with guidance from the team. You will work with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, Finance) to understand business needs and help shape them into clear requirements and user stories. You will help identify and reduce workflow friction points that slow sellers down, and look for everyday ways AI can accelerate your work, simplify seller processes, and reduce manual steps. You will work with senior Admins and Developers to build and configure solutions supporting Accounts, Opportunities, and related objects, building and maintaining complex Flows and automations. You will also focus on keeping data quality high and uphold platform governance best practices, creating test cases and supporting UAT sessions with stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to answer everyday system questions, unblock workflows, and grow into a reliable go-to partner for Salesforce admin support.
