You will support team collection goals by assisting with donor recruitment efforts and engaging blood drive coordinators to maximize participation, with a strong emphasis on acquiring first-time donors. While this role does not typically carry individual collection goals, you may assume responsibility for a territory when providing extended coverage. You will also help maintain existing blood drive accounts and support opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support virtual and onsite blood drives in alignment with enterprise goals.
Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention.
Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems.
Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff.
Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to support operational success.
