About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Support Specialist I to join their team. This role is for immediate hiring, with pay dependent on experience and paid weekly. The typical schedule is Monday – Friday 6am-3pm, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) after 60 days. The location is Phoenix, AZ. Requirements

Sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
Exposure to Active Directory.
Proficiency with Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting internal customers.
Sharp customer service skills.
Self-motivated.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors in IT or a related field.
Exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
Exposure to server virtualization.
Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS.
Experience with ITIL.
Experience with a VDI Environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware.
Support internal customers with excellent customer service skills.
Utilize sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
Work with Active Directory.
Manage and troubleshoot various hardware and systems.
