About The Position

Provides technical assistance over the phone to onsite field technicians and end users of AAON by performing the following duties. Answers and solves technical support calls on AAON controls. Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls. Performs job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel. Evaluates the need for escalation to Mechanical Support / Engineering and Controls Engineering. Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position. Use Test Bench to assist field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and Applications. Must be available for afterhours field support during the work week, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is subject to change according to business needs. Some travel is expected for this position. This is subject to change according to business needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Electronic/digital low voltage controls
Multi-Meter
Knowledge of electronics
Microsoft Suite
Internet software
Contact management systems
Read Unit Wiring Schematics

Nice To Haves

Any Technical Trade School training is preferred.
Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus.
HVAC or Electrical training is preferred.
