About The Position

Responsible for receiving and processing RGA shipments from field locations and manufacturing facilities and maintain detailed records of warranty claims. This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring coordination across multiple departments and consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements

  • Two to four years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process RGA shipments from field locations and manufacturing facilities.
  • Accurately enter and maintain RGA data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Purchasing teams to initiate and manage returns of line rejects to the Parkville facility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding board diagnostics, RGA status, and product returns.
  • Input and manage data using systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, and Excel-based tracking tools.
  • Issue customer credits and process return-to-stock documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to support board-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of warranty claims, returns, and resolutions.
