About The Position

Requirements

  • Sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
  • Exposure to Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with supporting desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting internal customers.
  • Sharp customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors in IT or a related field.
  • Exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
  • Exposure to server virtualization.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with ITIL.
  • Experience with a VDI Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for internal customers.
  • Troubleshoot issues with desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems, and other hardware.
  • Administer Active Directory.
  • Support Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
