About The Position

Bob Johnson Toyota is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Sales Support Office Manager to lead their Sales Support Office and oversee the daily operations that keep the dealership running efficiently. This leadership role supervises a team responsible for retail billing, DMV processing, title work, contract administration, and overall deal flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in accuracy and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership office, title, billing, or accounting experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of DMV title processing and retail deal paperwork.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Support Office professionals.
  • Oversee retail billing, funding, title work, and DMV processing.
  • Manage Contracts-in-Transit (CIT) and ensure timely funding.
  • Monitor workflow, prioritize daily tasks, and maintain departmental efficiency.
  • Train and cross-train staff while maintaining scheduling and time-off calendars.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and DMV regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional internal customer service.
