Requirements

  • Must be a current resident of Wisconsin
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of professional work experience in an Office Administration role and/or a Human Resources role
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull 10 lbs.
  • Knowledge of front office operations
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to interact harmoniously with all HR department visitors and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Human Resources Front Desk during the department’s operating hours ensuring the area is well organized and operates effectively.
  • Greet, assist, and direct all in-person visitors.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes, connecting them to the appropriate department or individual they are seeking.
  • Receive and sort all physical mail that is delivered to the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain and update the department’s in-office mailboxes as needed.
  • Receive incoming invoices, create check requests, submit the check requests for approval, and send the approved file to Accounts Payable for on-time payment.
  • Organize, maintain, and restock the HR supply storage area.
  • Create, post, and maintain materials in the HR Display Cases outside of the HR Office as well as the digital sign inside the HR Office.
  • Complete Section 2 of the I-9 form for employees who visit the Human Resources Department during operating hours.
