About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, with direct responsibility for delivering on Coach’s brand commitment to customers. The role creates a lasting impression through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. Accurate work supporting the flow of product from receipt through point of sale is essential. The associate welcomes and assists customers, supports sales floor and stockroom operations, processes transactions, and helps maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards. The position also supports loss prevention and may represent the brand in the local market, including through social media engagement.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in accordance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
