About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of store success and efficiency, supporting Coach’s brand commitment through customer service, cash-wrap interactions, and a well-maintained sales floor. The role supports the accurate flow of product from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock organization, replenishment, and visual merchandising. The associate also supports sales-floor activities and store housekeeping while following company policies and Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador in the store and local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
