About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, supporting Coach’s brand commitment through customer service and operational support. The role creates a positive customer experience through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. It also supports the flow of products from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock management, and replenishment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
• Operate the POS accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
• Suggest additional products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
