About The Position

The Sales Support Associate plays an integral role in the store’s success and efficiency, providing attentive, friendly, and efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-kept sales floor. The role supports product flow from receipt through point of sale, while making a positive and lasting impression on customers. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, supporting sales and brand engagement, operating the POS, processing shipments and transfers, maintaining stock and the sales floor, and following housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards. The position requires flexibility to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The role also involves regular lifting of at least 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the POS accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and other tender in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
