About The Position

The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, with a focus on delivering the brand’s customer service commitment. The associate creates a positive impression through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining the sales floor. Accurate work supporting product flow from receipt through point of sale is essential. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, serving as a brand ambassador, processing transactions, supporting sales and merchandising, and receiving and organizing inventory. The role also requires maintaining store standards and following Loss Prevention guidelines. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The position requires regularly lifting at least 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including using an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency for EU roles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador within the store and local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
