About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of store success and efficiency, supporting the Coach brand commitment through direct customer service and accurate, effective sales-floor and product-flow work. The role creates friendly and efficient interactions at the cash wrap, helps maintain a well-kept sales floor, and supports product from receipt through point of sale. Associates welcome and assist clients, support selling activities and store presentation, and help ensure shipments, inventory, transactions, and housekeeping are handled in accordance with company policies. The position requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The role also requires lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and moving around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including using an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
