About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at its Short Pump retail location. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, and participating in process ideation, improvement, and special projects. The role may also be known as Keyholder at other brands. When a manager is not present, the Sales Supervisor leads selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and opens and closes the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and pride in work, with a drive to perform well.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
