About The Position
Warby Parker is hiring a Sales Supervisor, a role also known at some brands as Keyholder, to help create exceptional customer experiences in its retail stores. The Sales Supervisor shares the company’s story and mission on the sales floor, contributes to process improvement and special projects, and supports the success of the business through direct customer interactions. The role promotes an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and provides knowledgeable product guidance and thoughtful style advice. When a manager is not present, the Sales Supervisor leads floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and is responsible for opening and closing the store.
Requirements
- Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
- At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and commitment to high performance.
- Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
Responsibilities
- Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers.
- Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice.
- Develop innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience.
- Lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
- Open and close the store.
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- Participate in process ideation and improvement, as well as special projects.
