About The Position

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. The role focuses on building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. The Sales Associate also supports store performance, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and the maintenance of brand standards while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

The position is part-time at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie store in Peoria, Illinois. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$18.75. Applicants must be at least 16 years old in the states listed in the posting, including Illinois, and at least 18 years old in other states. The role involves moving around the sales floor and stockroom, bending, reaching and stretching for products, operating the register, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
