About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps deliver the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team environment.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, Illinois. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$18.75. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for their state: at least 16 in the listed states, or 18 in all other states. The role requires bending, reaching, stretching, moving around the sales floor and stockroom, operating the register, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to operate the register and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
