About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at The SoNo Collection. Sales Supervisors contribute to the retail business through face-to-face customer interactions, communicating Warby Parker’s story and mission, and participating in process improvement and special projects. The role may also be referred to as Keyholder at other brands. When a manager is not present, the Sales Supervisor leads selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and is responsible for opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and commitment to strong performance.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers.
Promote an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment.
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide thoughtful, honest style advice.
Develop innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience.
Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
Open and close the store.
Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Participate in process ideation and improvement and special projects.
