About The Position

SMCP is hiring a Sales Supervisor for Maje at Brickell City Centre. The role leads by example to deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience, build client relationships, and help the team meet sales and service goals. The supervisor mentors and coaches associates, supports store operations and back-of-house processes, and helps maintain an organized, visually appealing selling floor. The position offers an opportunity to develop toward an Assistant Store Manager role or other career advancement within SMCP.

Requirements

1–2 years of sales or service experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
Passion for fashion and an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
Leadership ability, confidence, and interest in mentoring others.
Strong communication skills; friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
Adaptability and flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Ambition and interest in growing into an Assistant Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in clienteling and customer service.
