About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during a busy season. You will engage with customers, provide personalized styling, and keep the sales floor welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained. You will work with store leadership and fellow team members to support daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a passion for connecting with people. The seasonal term runs from November through January 18, with most assignments ending before then. There may be an opportunity to continue as a non-seasonal employee after the seasonal term. Scheduling is flexible and may involve as few as one or two shifts per week.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick-learning, adaptable mindset and openness to feedback.
• Creativity and a natural eye for style.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; some holiday shifts are needed, but not every holiday.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency.
• Maintain visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes.
• Restock products and keep the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and promote Jaxen Grey’s culture.
