The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves active movement and handling products and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear and serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping customer experience the focus.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
