About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for its Madison Avenue location. The role focuses on building connections with customers and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. Associates help customers find products that suit their style and fit, contribute to sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and support store operations and merchandising. The position is in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays and may need to lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds, stay active throughout each shift, and reach, bend, or use a step stool or ladder.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked each evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
