Sales Stylist (Seasonal) - Des Moines

About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you’ll help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during a busy season. You’ll engage with customers, provide personalized styling, and keep the sales floor welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained. You’ll work with store leadership and fellow team members to support daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a passion for connecting with people. The seasonal term runs from November through January 18, although most assignments end before that date. There may be an opportunity to continue as a non-seasonal employee after the seasonal term. Scheduling is flexible, with as few as one to two shifts per week; evening, weekend, and some holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency.
Maintain visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes.
Restock product and keep the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and promote Jaxen Grey’s culture.
Engage with customers and provide personalized styling.
Support daily store operations alongside store leadership and fellow team members.
