About The Position

The Event Chef position is responsible for preparing and executing food for private events, ranging from 20 to over 250 people. This role requires close coordination with the Events Manager and event staff to understand and efficiently execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s). It offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary skills and provide exceptional dining experiences for guests booking events.

Minimum 1 year of related experience
Ability to stand, rotate, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch all day

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to read and execute on BEO’s
Ability to maintain safe and sanitary environment
Ability to understand and use Sysco Studio
