About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Stylist for their Junction Commons location in Park City, Utah. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing an ultimate customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will model and coach for exceptional customer service, suggest outfits based on trends and promotions, promote the Levi's® omni experience, and handle various store operations including cash handling, shipment processing, and merchandising. The role requires a fashion-savvy individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
- Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
- Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
