We’re looking for a Field Operations & Strategy Lead to act as the primary strategic and operational thought partner to our Head of Public Sector Sales. This is a global, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of sales execution, analytics, and strategy. You will operate with one foot firmly in the Public Sector sales motion and the other in Ops & Strategy — helping shape how we plan, forecast, inspect, and scale the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong quantitative rigor with the ability to influence senior sales leaders and operate comfortably in ambiguity. This is not a back-office role — you will be embedded in the field, deeply connected to pipeline, forecasts, deal strategy, and operating cadence.
