The Public Sector Sales Specialist is a dynamic sales professional who combines the ability to foster meaningful partnerships with enthusiasm for technology, and is excited about the opportunity to innovate, create new offerings and services, and drive new levels of efficiency within the Enterprise customer base. This role offers the opportunity to partner with some of the largest and most diversified Public Sector and strategic customers, with the intention of transitioning into an account manager role within a year. The PSS role is an integral part of the customer support and growth model, focusing on white-glove service activities to improve customer retention and satisfaction, and providing exposure to the sales process to effectively train for managing an Enterprise customer account base. Initially, the focus will be on supportive activities to maintain and grow existing relationships, eventually transitioning to diversifying business and growing wallet share as an account owner, directly impacting business outcomes, increasing customer satisfaction, and preparing for career growth.
