About The Position

Majik is hiring a Sales Specialist to help customers find household products that fit their needs and budgets. The role focuses on building relationships and providing a positive customer experience in the store, by phone, and through follow-up. No rent-to-own experience is required; training is provided. The position offers hourly pay starting at $16, monthly bonus potential, and opportunities for career growth. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay.

The schedule is described as full-time, 40 hours per week, over a five-day workweek. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday availability is required. The store is closed Sunday, and schedules may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
• Comfort using computers and systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; assistance is provided for heavier items.
• Saturday availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual ability may qualify for additional pay.
• Rent-to-own experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget.
• Build strong customer relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups.
• Generate leads and close sales.
• Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments.
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization.
• Support deliveries and store operations as needed.
