About The Position

Majik is hiring a Sales Specialist to help customers find household products that fit their needs and budgets. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving sales, managing accounts and payments, and supporting showroom and store operations. No rent-to-own experience is required; training is provided. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a five-day workweek. Saturday work is required, and schedules may vary based on business needs. Store hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; the store is closed Sunday. Starting pay is $16+ per hour, with monthly bonus potential. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay. Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in certain circumstances, including reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication and people skills.
Organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
Comfort using computers and systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; assistance is available for heavier items.
Availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual ability, which may qualify candidates for additional pay.

Responsibilities
