About The Position

Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. is seeking a state board-licensed Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team. Requirements

• State board-licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Supervise support staff in the clinical area.
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Review physician referrals and patient medical records to help determine diagnoses and required physical therapy treatment.
• Collaborate with other personnel to develop and implement physical therapy care plans.
• Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient charts or enter the information into a computer.
• Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.
• Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• Instruct patients and families in treatment procedures to continue at home.
• Participate in educational activities of the service.
• Participate in clinical studies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
