Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with POS systems (a plus, but not required)
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive sales.
- Become proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and processing transactions.
- Utilize customer service skills and sales techniques to recommend the right products for customers.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Calculate discounts and apply promotions to rental agreements and sales.
- Set up, file, and maintain customer folders.
- Conduct regular sales and marketing calls.
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, pricing, and store promotions.
- Assist with creating rental agreements and educating customers on their terms.
- Support the training and development of Field Solutions team members.
- Help with store inventory management and product refurbishing.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with all company policies and safety standards.
