Sales Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a Sales Strategist / Solutions Consultant to join our high-functioning sales organization in the enterprise tech industry. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Executives to acquire new customers and provide a world-class customer experience. We are looking for someone with experience in sales, sales strategy, or customer-facing roles, who possesses exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a non-quota carrying role within our sales organization, and the minimum annual salary for this position is $90,000.

• Participate in a team-selling approach to acquiring new customers
• Work shoulder to shoulder with Account Executives to win new customers
• Demonstrate competence, professionalism, executive presence, integrity, and humility
• Collaborate well with the sales team
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset that constantly seeks to improve Tropic's sales process
• Provide a world-class customer experience from initial conversation to customer kick-off call
