About the position
As an Account Manager at Tropic, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue, serving as the main decision-maker for your accounts. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in new product releases, assisting with go-to-market strategies and narrative creation. The Account Manager team is part of the sales team, with a focus on excellence and continuous development. Tropic aims to become the best sales team in the SaaS industry, and they are seeking individuals who can contribute to this vision.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Retain and grow existing book of business via renewal, upsell, and cross-sell
- Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with clients
- Develop, nurture, and leverage relationships with senior DMs
- Serve as the internal champion for our clients to resolve issues as they arise
- Serve as the external champion for our CS & CE teams to resolve issues as they arise
- Play a crucial role in building and improving our service org
- Help develop go-to-market strategies for all new product releases
- Relentless and eager to learn
- Sales person with a mix of education, persuasion, and high-level execution
- Eager to learn and improve
- SDR or CSM with the ability to deliver as a seller
- More experienced AM or AE eager to learn and hone skills
