About The Position

Dreamwear is seeking a Sales Intern to support its Sales team, which works with the company’s intimate apparel and sleepwear brands and manages customer orders, trend understanding, sales analysis, and communication with customers and buyers. The intern will help maintain showroom organization, manage samples, prepare for customer meetings, ship samples to buyers, provide administrative support, and work with the Merchandising team on stock merchandise. The position requires a minimum of two full days per week.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program.
• Able to work as a team member in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
• Available to work at least two full days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize showrooms.
• Manage samples and sample closets.
• Assist Sales Executives and Assistants in preparing for customer meetings.
• Pack and send samples to buyers.
• Perform general support and administrative duties.
• Work with the Merchandising team on stock merchandise.
