About The Position

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Sales Service Analyst to support incentive programs that drive performance and engagement. The role leads testing efforts, troubleshoots system incidents, and supports the design and delivery of contests and incentive programs for the field force. It also contributes to project planning, release coordination, month-end results processing, and communication and training for system changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
Strong general math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with accountability and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis and must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Insurance industry experience.
Experience with XML and SQL.
Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

Lead incentive-program testing, including creating and executing scenarios and reporting results.
Troubleshoot incidents, document findings, and work with IT to resolve issues and implement preferred solutions.
Document and sign off on test scenarios and results to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and release coordination for contest-related initiatives.
Demonstrate system changes and provide training to the contest team and other stakeholders.
Process month-end incentive results and verify data accuracy and system performance.
Provide backup support for monthly updates to corporate contest information and ensure timely, accurate publication on Homefield.
