This is a full-time, on-site role focused on performing in-person diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of Dyson products including vacuums, purifiers, fans, hair care devices, and related technologies. Additionally, the technician will promote relevant Dyson products, accessories, and services through cross-selling, process customer transactions accurately, and complete operational reporting. Building customer trust through clear technical explanations and professional handling of objections is key to maintaining a premium customer experience.
