About The Position

The Sales & Service Advisor helps deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests, communicating vehicle-service findings and recommendations, and selling tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and other services. The role connects customers with technicians, builds lasting customer relationships, supports showroom and inventory standards, and partners with the team to maintain smooth, efficient, and safe operations. The position offers an hourly rate plus commission and overtime opportunities, with opportunities for career growth into Service Manager or other management roles.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive, with strong customer service and a transferable sales background.
• Demonstrated ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
