About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is hiring a Sales Representative to introduce supplemental insurance programs to small and mid-sized business owners in a local territory. The role begins with a comprehensive training program combining online learning, field mentorship, and hands-on experience. A dedicated field trainer provides guidance on sales strategies and client relationships. The representative will host group presentations, meet with employees one-on-one, and serve as a trusted advisor in the community. Prior sales experience is not required for candidates with the right attitude and drive.

• Self-motivation, excellent time-management skills, and interest in personal growth.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of post-high-school work experience.

• Background in competitive sports, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Candidates nearing degree completion or with athletic or sales experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local businesses and professionals through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Use the custom Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and build a client portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Maintain communication with the team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings.
• Follow up on referral leads, reservice existing accounts, and grow a book of business.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals with guidance from the manager.
• Maintain an organized weekly schedule and submit activity reports at the end of each workday.
• Host group presentations and meet with employees one-on-one to introduce supplemental insurance programs.
