About The Position

Pure Barre is seeking a Sales Representative to help grow the studio community by supporting the General Manager with new membership sales. The role involves bringing prospective members to the studio, building relationships, delivering positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The Sales Representative also supports member retention and provides customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify individuals’ goals and needs.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through with prospective clients.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Attend and complete relevant training programs.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
