23-24/hr to start + BONUS - Pflugerville Costco great sales rep needed
About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to work at the Pflugerville Costco, promoting nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena. Representatives are trained to demonstrate product features, benefits, and value, and to encourage sales of products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. The role is suited to positive, energetic, self-starting professionals who enjoy interacting with customers and working toward sales goals. Available demo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all days available; shifts are described as starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. Weekend shifts are noted as the best commission days. Compensation starts at $23–$24 per hour, plus commission based on surpassing sales quotas. The position is W-2 employment, with a promotional kit and biweekly direct deposit. Brand ambassadors work independently as the only team member at their location and are expected to provide customer service and participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds, along with products and demonstration materials.
- Ability to stand for seven hours.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
- Represent the company and its brands competently and professionally at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Carry the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and the store.
