About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Selma Costco. Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrating product features, benefits, and value, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. The role involves interacting with Costco members, encouraging sales, and working independently at the assigned location. Demo hours are listed as 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with shifts described elsewhere as 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. All days are available, and weekends are identified as the best days for commissions. Starting pay is $23–$24 per hour, with commissions for surpassing sales quotas. The position is W-2 employment, with biweekly direct deposit. A promotional kit is provided.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile device skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds.
Ability to stand for 7 hours.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
Carry the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of each shift.
