About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the North Phoenix Costco. Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrating product features, benefits, and value and encouraging Costco members to purchase products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. The role offers a starting rate of $23–$24 per hour plus commission based on exceeding sales quotas. The posting describes W-2 employment and provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Demo hours are listed as 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with shifts described elsewhere as 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. All days are available, and weekends are described as the best commission days. Sales representatives interact with customers, provide professional service on behalf of Direct Demo, and work independently as the sole team member at their location. The role requires standing for seven hours and lifting and carrying a folding table of approximately 20 pounds, along with products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store. Representatives must also be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to stand for seven hours.
Ability to carry a 2' x 4' folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds, as well as products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
