About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the West Katy Costco. Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrating product features, benefits, and value, and encouraging sales of products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. Available demo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; shifts are described as starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. All days are available, with weekends noted as the best commission days. Starting pay is $23–$24 per hour plus commission for exceeding sales quotas. The role is W-2 employment, with a promotional kit and biweekly direct deposit. Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to lift and carry an approximately 20-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table between the parking lot and store.
Ability to stand for 7 hours.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value, and encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Carry the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
