About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Albuquerque Costco. The representative will demonstrate products such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric, and encourage sales by explaining their features, benefits, and value. The role offers starting pay of $23–$24 per hour plus commission for surpassing sales quotas. Representatives receive a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. The posting reports average brand ambassador earnings of $200–$300 per day and earnings of $500 or more per day for top performers. Demo hours are listed as 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; shifts are also described as beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. All days are available, and weekends are identified as the best commission days. The representative works independently as the only team member at the location, without direct supervision, and must participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to lift and carry a 2-by-4-foot folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds between the parking lot and store, and back to the car.
- Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the car.
- Ability to stand for seven hours.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate nutritional supplements and explain their features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
- Represent the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
