About The Position

Miracle-Ear is seeking a sales professional to lead sales of hearing aids and perform comprehensive hearing evaluations. The role includes training to obtain a professional license and develop into a Hearing Care Professional. The Sales Representative helps customers rediscover the emotions of sound by delivering personalized hearing solutions and a purposeful customer experience. The position reports to the Area Manager. Compensation includes a base pay of $65,000 while obtaining a license, plus an uncapped commission structure. Total earning potential is stated as $100,000–$150,000, including base salary and commission. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Miracle-Ear has operated for over 75 years and has more than 1,500 franchised and corporate-owned retail clinics across the United States. It contributes to local communities through the Miracle-Ear Foundation, with a portion of every hearing aid sold helping someone in need. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
