About The Position
Bergen Industries, headquartered in Drums, PA, is a leading manufacturer and supplier specializing in concrete block manufacturing. With decades of expertise, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and solutions to clients across the southeast region that manufacture concrete block. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the southeast area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete block manufacturing, proven industry knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing excellent earning potential for a driven professional.
Requirements
- Must live in NEPA
- Experience and knowledge in manufacturing and sales.
- Proven sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage regional sales territory.
- Willingness to travel within the northeast region (PA, OH, NJ, NY, DE, MD, NH, VA, WV, MA, ME, CT).
- Overnight stays are required.
- Outgoing and friendly individual that strives on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the northeast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand Bergen Industries’ market share.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
