About The Position

As a Remote Sales Representative at TaxRise, you’ll have what every salesperson dreams of: a steady stream of warm, qualified leads coming to you. Our industry-leading marketing generates same-day inbound calls from clients who are actively seeking solutions to their tax challenges. Your job is to be their trusted advisor—conducting discovery calls, analyzing financial and tax information, and enrolling clients into life-changing tax resolution programs. With no cold calling and a robust support system backing you up, you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and changing lives.

Requirements

  • Proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum 3 years)
  • Highly motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex concepts
  • Proficiency with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client issues
  • Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reside in Arizona
  • Home office setup including a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in debt settlement or other financial hardship sales environments
  • Background in high-volume inbound sales with a consistent track record of performance
  • Strong B2C sales experience with the ability to build trust and close effectively over the phone

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals
  • Review client-provided documents and system data (including transcripts, wage records, and prior tax returns) to recommend customized resolution programs
  • Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
  • Build trust by listening to clients’ concerns and clearly explaining solutions so they feel empowered to move forward
  • Accurately record client interactions and financial information to ensure seamless communication across teams
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence, organization, and continuous improvement
