Their sweepers are known for exceptional fuel efficiency, ease of operation, and low maintenance costs, trusted by municipalities, contractors, airports, and industrial users across North America and beyond. The company designs and builds equipment that keeps communities clean while supporting sustainability and innovation in the road-maintenance industry. The role is for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across Arizona state. This field-based role is ideal for someone with experience in municipal, industrial, or heavy-equipment sales who enjoys autonomy, travel, and hands-on demonstrations. The Sales Representative will be the face of ODRA in their territory, guiding customers through product selection, demonstrating equipment capabilities, and closing deals that create long-term value for clients and the communities they serve. This position must be based in the state of New York.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience (municipal or industrial equipment preferred)
  • Strong track record of demos, territory management, and closing deals
  • Solid understanding of public procurement or contractor purchasing processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must reside in the state of New York

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct in-person visits, equipment walkarounds, and on-site demonstrations
  • Work with municipalities, public works teams, contractors, and dealers to understand needs and recommend ODRA solutions
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and support for bids/tenders
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer engagement through an organized CRM process
  • Guide customers through the full sales cycle, including pricing, specifications, and delivery coordination
  • Provide post-sale support and assist with service coordination when needed
  • Stay current on ODRA product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape
