About The Position

The Sales Representative (Small Format) is responsible for sales activities within an assigned geographic territory and for achieving SCP sales goals. The role focuses on developing retailer relationships, presenting sales information to authorized decision makers, maintaining accounts, and executing sales promotions. The representative also supports customer satisfaction and product freshness standards in coordination with a dedicated Service Representative.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in beverage distribution or related sales experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including maintaining product quality standards through rotation.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and develop effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
• Punctuality in meeting route schedules and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities in the assigned geographic territory.
• Grow and strengthen retailer relationships.
• Present factual sales data and periodic business reviews to authorized decision makers.
• Maintain account rapport, case sales replenishment and growth, product quality assurance, and follow-up communication.
• Plan and execute sales promotions effectively.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction.
• Comply with the company’s Product Freshness Rotation Policy.
• Partner and communicate with the dedicated Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
